home lust part 2

TV Thursday's!

I love Thursday's. Some our favorite shows are on tonight and then it's also exciting because you know tomorrow is Friday. First off we have The Office. Enough said. Then, there is Up All Night. It is so funny, and so easy to relate to. (sadly?) Lastly the newest show to our Thursday night mix is Awake. It keeps you on the edge of the seat for the whole hour. Heart breaking, but invigorating. Hope everyone has a great day!

I hope you'll watch it. When I first saw it was almost 30 minutes long, I just didn't watch it. But finally after seeing it on twitter and facebook so much, I knew I needed to watch it. It's inspiring, dreadful, outrageous, and courageous all at once. You may think you don't have 30 minutes to spare. But I bet you have 30 minutes to watch TV or waste time on facebook. So please, take some initiative and watch! You won't be disappointed.

Weekend Fun

How was your weekend? We decided to go to Nederland this weekend and visit some family. The weekend consisted of lots of fun with my parents, seeing Ryder's brother and our sister in law + their sweet babies, dinner consisting of awesome gumbo and crawfish with my aunt and uncle, lots of coffee at one of our favorite places, pedicure and a haircut! Could not have been better. Family time is always great. It's always nice getting away for a couple of days. Have a great week!

Hope everyone has had a great first part of the week so far. I've been busy job searching. (lack of experience kills) still hopeful! Ryder and me made some awesome veggie chili the other night and he also baked some sweet potato fries. Yum! Have a great day! Oh and it's Modern Family night! Hooray!

spring fever

I have got the spring fever! Out of nowhere it is semi warm outside and the sun is shining. I definitely think my wardrobe is lacking the 'spring pop'..
