Pizza made at home [Gluten Free]

Ryder & I had been craving pizza big time lately. We decided that Saturday night we would make it happen. It was simply divine! We made enough for leftovers which is always a huge bonus. Cold pizza= amazing.


  • Udi's gluten free pizza crust (came with 2, so we made both)
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pizza sauce
  • Fresh basil
  • Turkey pepperonis 
  • Tomato
  • Olive oil 
  • Mushrooms
First, lightly brush the crust with olive oil. Next, add sauce. Then, add: cheese, tomato, mushrooms, pepperoni, & lastly basil. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. 

So easy, delicious, & a healthy alternative to greasy take out pizza.

  1. Oh I didn't know Udi's made a pizza crust- I'll have to look for it! That pizza turned out quite yummy looking!
