It's true. We don't eat meat. We have been meatless since December 2010. and... I LOVE it! I love how it makes me feel clean and light. However, we do eat fish. So last night I baked some Maji Maji patties from Whole Foods (the best place in the world) and put them on whole grain bread and added some veggies. It was so delish. You should try it! Always a big accomplishment to work all day and still have dinner on the table when husband gets home.(domestic diva in the making)
